I heard this card is supposed to be running very cool, but it went up to 82c while my brother was playing Napoleon total war. The fans were running at 92%(!)

It idles at 43c however and while I'm playing skyrim it gets to 68c max.

So is this just the issue with Napoleon total war game?

Also is 68c a normal temp for this card?

it does sound a little warm..... 68c is normal but it depends on the fan speed

I suspect that's a result of poor case airflow. The MSI Twin Frozr II & III coolers both vent a lot of hot air into cases, causing a gradual build up of heat if placed into an enviroment with inadequate ventilation.

Can you give some details on your case, fan setup and also average ambient temperatures (if possible).

The case is Jeantech aqua(very old, 3-4 years) 1x140(i think) mm fan - intake at the bottom rear. and 1 exhaust 125mm at the back. the ambient is 22-25c I would say
