MSI Mobo with ATi?

This may sound like a bit of a daft question but i'm unsure.

I noticed MSI make nVidia cards, does this mean that an ATi card wont work on an MSI motherboard?

Any way to fnd the PSU wattage/voltage without looking inside and what would you suggest i be around? (for the x1650XT or the 7600GS cause i'm waiting for DX10)
