I keep getting a "msxml 4.0 not installed properly" whenever I try to launch this game what the blip is that and how do fix it? I find it listed in the programs.. do I just reinstall?
Check the DVD of the game. there should be an msxml installer in it, install the msxml only. If u own the game digitally, there should be a folder with the same name and the same file as well, install "msxml" If you cant find it. go to Microsoft Website and download the exact version.
