Hey there, i have tried to research and can't find information on this matter, i am fairly confused.

I have a core2duo E6300 and when i go into my bios settings, there is a feature called multi-processor table and i can set it to 1.1 or 1.4.

can anyone tell me what this does and what the differences are?

Thanks

How i get to it is Advanced bios features > MPS Configuration > choice of 1.1 or 1.4
