My computer won't stay asleep!

Hey guys, quick question.

Anyone have an idea as to why my computer will go into sleep mode only for a few seconds? It goes into sleep mode when I tell it to but then a few seconds later the fan comes right back on and windows comes up the monitor.

Have you checked your 'Power and Hibernate options' in performance and maintenance?

When I had this problem it was my keyboard still monitoring stuff I forgot to turn off, what other hardware do you have that uses usb?

You may want to disable wake up with kb/m in the bios it could be that.

You can go into device manager, and select your USB/Keyboard/Mouse and other input devices, go to Power managment tab, click off "allow this device to wake up computer"

Try that.
