I have had an onlive account since they were created but I never bought a game but this weekend they had a black friday special to get your first game for $1.00. I decided to get Batman Arkham City since I wanted to play it but didn't have $60 to get it retail. Well today I get this email and this is all it says. John OnLive Abuse Regulation http://support.onlive.com/ I don't cheat or anything the only thing that I can think of was the card I had on file was an old credit card that was no longer valid I had updated to the new card after ordering Batman which didn't decline when I ordered it. Now they turn a credit card decline into a customer who lost his playpass of Deus Ex which came with his retail PC copy and now can't even order from them again if I wanted to. How is that good business, I did reply to them asking for an explanation so far no response. I plan on filing a BBB complaint and a complaint with the Attorney General's office in their home State of California. Does anyone else have good or bad experiences with this company.
