No that would be bad

What you'd want to do is get a smaller drive that's fast and then get a larger storage drive that's not as fast for the music and pics and all that

1TB is more then great for someone who's just starting

@jasonguy It also depends on what you are going to put on it ...music ? or games ..and yes the website is called ''gamespot'', noobies could be lookin for tech advice.

So if you are looking to put music on... 2TB is enough

That's a crossfire board, so if you are looking at any multi GPU option the future go with an ATI card.. if not just hang out with the 460.

i would be a little concerned about the power supply. 500W...hmmm. i would recommend something in the region of 650W. itll probably be fine but if it was me i would go for a 650W. it looks like a good quality power supply though so it will more than likely do the job. other than that its lookin good. the CPU is nice, you have the right mobo for it and 4GB of ram. plenty of HDD space and the best card out now in terms of bang per buck. it should serve you very well TC.

Lol what? When I had a 500 GB hard drive I put a ton of games, music, videos on it and it never got full. I have a 1.5 TB hard drive now and 85% of it never gets used.

I hope you're being sarcastic.

Go AMD and save some money. Also get a Corsair, Antec, Seasonic or XFX power supply.

I think you can get AMD x6 for the same price as the I5, and its about the same FPS in games, even though most games only run 4 of the cores. Sothe X6 is probably a better deal in the long run.
