Okay, so my friend is flooding peoples Xbox live IPs, and "supposevly" website IPs. What should I do? He's being a douche with it, and I think maybe a script kidde (running someone else's program to do it). Thanks.
I doubt he has the resources or know how to do serious harm, so ignore him.
If you really want him to stop, I don't think his ISP would get mad at you for reporting him anonymously. That way his punishment would probably just be getting disconnected from the internet, and he probably wouldn't get punished beyond that.
Easiest solution would be to contact he's ISP about it, since they could easily detect something like that, and they'd probably be more than willing to disconnect his internet access to stop him. Otherwise you could just threaten him with a heavy object like a bat, hammer, or cinder block (might be a little awkward), to make him stop.
Completely ransack his house and post signs that say IP flooding sux an infinite amount of balls. When I say ransack. I mean, turn every piece of furniture upside down. Pour water in his computer. Take all his toilet paper and put it in his washing machine and run it. Take all of his important documents and put them in the dishwasher and run it. Put his fire extinguisher in his dryer and run that. Take a sharpie marker and write all over his television screen proclaiming how lame IP flood is. Take duct tape and put it all over his walls and on the ceiling. Take a piss on his carpet. If he has a cat, take the litter box and pour in under his bed covers and then make the bed as though nothing happened. Take all his expensive suits and dress clothes and pack them in the toilet. And last but not least, take a huge dump in his microwave, set it for 10 minutes on high, turn it on, and go home.
