my powercolor hd4870 pcs+ fan and CCC autotune

will i destroy my vga cooler/fan if i set the fan speed to always 60%?coz i read about some warnings that my fan will be depreciating faster if i set it manually unlike that of keeping it on its own.i auto tuned my card so that i can have a little boost on my fps. from 800/950 i'm running 810/1025. is this a good oveclock of some sort?
do you have this card too?what's your fan speed and clock speeds? thanks gamespotters!!! :)

I put them on constant 35%... after that, it's too loud for me. I also added an extra fan on the side of the case to help my CF setup. Sounds like a decent air OC.

so i put it in 50% now. will this fan speed affect the life of my vga cooler?migs17

I've never heard of such thing... Anyway, if your GPU fan dies for X reason, you can always buy a better after market cooler.
