My sound PROB !!

sounds like a corrupt or missing game file

try fully uninstalling and reinstalling

if that doesnt work maybe its a known problem and theres a patch for it 

i`ve done re-install many times but its the same problem .... i`ve tried the same CD on other pc the sound worked .. but not in mine

Are you using a 4.1 (2.1) speakers & you change system sound settings to 5.1 ?

That happen when you change system sound settings to 5.1 & using 4.1 (2.1) speaker system 

When you change to 5.1 system sound settings CnC 3 speech is coming out only from centre speaker.

100/100 tested by me.That happen to me also when using 5.1 system sound settings. I changed system sound settings to 4.1 (I'm using 4.1 Speakers) 

How can i know my speakers settings or virsion ? ,, Can u tell me the steps to change it ? :)

In control panel goto multimedia (or something like that I don't remeber the name Im using French)after that change speaker setup.
