Get a wrist brace. Wear it when your at the PC, may not be comfortable, but it will help.

You might want to look into seeing if you have carpal tunnel syndrome. What happens is that prolonged hours of gaming causes a compression of the carpal tunnel within your wrist, which puts pressure on several nerves and veins that run through it. Symptoms are usually numbness and, you guessed it, pain. You could use a wrist guard to see if that could help alleviate the pressure, and see if it improves over time. However, you should check with your doctor if it doesn't.

get a chain and hang it from the celing, then put a pad and hang it to the chain and lay your arm in it like a sling while you use the PC ... coolest idea ever?

PS your speaker system hurts my eyes, such a waste if you have them set like that.

I rest my wrists on my armrests on my chair. Get a chair with nice armrests.
