Usually if your getting that and a Blue Screen of Death then the video card driver is hanging when it is starting up, since you said you have the most up to date drivers it could be a faulty card. Is this a mobile card or desktop? Vista or XP?

You could try custom drivers from ngohq.com or tweakforce.com, sometimes the modded drivers will fix things that official drivers won't.

my card is a GTX XFX 280 and the OS is Vista 32 bit, thanks but i fixed the n4_mini.sys error but now my NB of my graphics card is glowing over 75 celsius and sometimes it turns off by itself causing me to can't use my password anymore to log into vista.

i checked the airflow but there's nothing wrong with it, hot air gets sucked out and cool air is kept inside.

fixed the other problem and i get a dozen back :(

The videocard is overheating? sounds like whatever drivers you might be using are throwing off the fan control on the GPU, sometimes cable management in the case and increase heat if they are bunched together and jammed in there. Other then that I'm not sure except to use a different driver or update if you haven't already.
