Name a game that I will enjoy and that will last me awhile. No mmorpgs. Can be single player or online multiplayer. I am already paying monthly for a game. So any suggestions?

Sins of a Solar Empire. Set the map for 7 stars and max out the planets per star...that one game should last you a couple months.
