What are those componenets and why does pc Probe says they are a little hot, do i need another fan for my 900 hundred, I havent installed the side fan

NB= North brige it´s a chip controling the system buss (FSB) and is chipset who conect the parts together in a computer.

NB is a chipset on the MB

MB =Motherboard.

Well try bump those chassie fans up in speed.

Have you ad more volt to the NB? that could be the heat problem on your NB.

Read your chassie temp.

In all honesty the North bridge runs kinda hot anyway due to the data its sending to different areas of the mobo, and to be honest most PC's are hot, my 8800 GTX runs at 61 degree's idle and about 70 odd on load. Its not a problem that these things run hot (aslong as you cant fry an egg on em likelol) but generally speaking most things get a little on the warm side.

oh wll the mb and nb are like 38 and my 3870 is at 40 c

remember, temp should always be mesured under load.
