Well as the topic says I need a good mmofps or a good mmorpg but it has to be free and online.

Well there's a lot of MMO's out there. Try Rappelz, FlyFF, Silkroad, War Rock, Space Cowboy, Lunia, Wolfteam, Rakion, Gunbound, Soldier Front, Maple Story, Sword of the New World, and GunZ Online. Out of the MMOFPS I'd say War Rock is the best and for MMORPG's I'd say Rappelz.
