Need a good racer! :)

Decided to try something different to see if i can solve my no gaming problem, is there any solid racer that packs good driving and good costumization? Recent ones if possible :)

Burnout Paradise has been really the only one I have enjoyed in the last couple years, but I don't know if the customization would be enough. Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit was also good from what I've played, though I wasn't able to get into it.

Shift 2 is fun. I don't know much about cars, but it's got customization and stuff.

Grid is really great but they took out the multiplayer. Might be better off waiting for Grid 2.

Trackmania 2 is quite a unique racer that's a lot of fun as well. Canyon is the only one I played.. I see there's some new iterations of it out now.

The new ones alright, but kind of sucks that the whole custimization aspect of the old game is pretty much gone. One of my favourite things of the old Most Wanted was all the custimization. Plus there is real no pride in getting a new car, because all you do is find spots where the cars are and take them. There called jackspots. Its not like the old one where you start off with a crap car and work your way up to a buggati or lambo. But its still decent, havnt really got into it yet.
