My father, mother and I are looking for a game to play on the LAN in which we do NOT have to buy multiple copies of. We like to play RPG's so that is a must. Any suggestions?

False, Sins of the Solar Empire for instance specifically says you can play lan on 2 or 3 machines with the same cdkey/copy.

StarCraft, It runs on every crab pc you find, It doesn't need the disc to be inserted (with the latest patch), it's a lot of fun and the list goes on.

Baldur's Gate 2 is a good one though I think it will need multiple copies.. Then again who really cares if you use one copy for it, the game isn't even produced any more.... I am surprised it isn't abandonware yet.

Diablo 2, will require multiple copies but its dirt cheap... If yoru playing just lan game they may have released their no cd patch for it already like they did with Starcraft recently.

I really can't think of any others..

Well, if RPGs are a must, then why not try Diablo II or Titan Quest?
