Need a little bit of help..... PLEASE!!!!

Hello gamespot users! I have a quick question about my iPod Nano third generation. I went to a site called www.vixy.net and i put a Youtube video into the URL box (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZMwKPmsbWE) and downloaded it into .mp4 format to put onto iTunes and eventually onto my iPod. Problem is that it saves into my folder, but whenever i click on it to come into the Movies/TV shows section of iTunes, it doesnt show up. I want to know if the problem is the formatting (.mp4), but i seriously doubt that it is. So can you people please help me load it onto iTunes?

Mpeg4 is used for high def movies, so you may need to convert it to mpeg2. I'm not sure though...-GeordiLaForge-

on the contrary, i think ipod can only play mp4 movies.
