need a new 46" LCD TV, help please

hey guys i finally convinced my mum to buy a new TV cause the one we have is some crappy 26" LCD and it makes the rest of the room look crap

i was thinking of a SAmsung 650 series 46" LCD TV, is this a good choice for gaming (PS3) and movies and just TV??

Yes, the 650 is bloody awesome. I just purchased the 52 from amazon and am waiting for it to come in the mail. I would advise you look at amazon for prices a ll the time.

Edit:  Just checked amazon and it's at 1500 right now with no tax free shipping, doubt you can get it better anywhere else.  I just checked frys, BB, and CC too to make sure.

If you want the best mature technology get the 550 that runs at 60

If you want 120 get the 630 over the 650. The 650 gets higher contrast only due to it's awful glossy panel on the front that reflects everything. The 630 offers the  same semi mat finish on the front like the 550 which doesn't reflect light.
