I want a good quality ssd drive I hear that intels are great for reliability, would this be a good choice http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820167115&cm_sp=Cat_SSD-_-Intel-_-20-167-115 I would use it for an OS drive and all my games so 180gb would be enough, the intel one is really expensive but I would hate to buy a cheap drive and have it fail.

If you are concerned about stability and that matters most, the Intels and the Samsungs are great choices with solid stability histories. If you want pure speed and can look past a checkered stability record, the OCZ Vertex 4 is a monster.

Intel SSD's come with a nice long warranty and a awesome tool box app. Can't go wrong.

I never ordered next day. Always standard. I'm lucky enough to live near 1 of their wearhouses and only takes 1 day to get items. You could have put that shipping money toward the 240GB version.

Really? That's pretty awesome. I live near the Edison NJ warehouse and never get a 3 day UPS on the next day.

So my account wasn't charged until 3 am saturday morning, I check newegg 7am same day and the SSD dropped in price over 65 dollars! from 265 down to 199.99. Damn I feel pretty ripped off, any chance newegg will honor the drop? edit: wow 5 minutes with support " Katherine: Thank you for holding. Please be advised that our website is managed in real time and the prices fluctuate often. Since you are our valued customer, we would like to honor you $65 credit after this order has been shipped out. Please email to @newegg.com directly after your order has been shipped out. I will issue this credit for you directly. "

Hate dealing with rebates. But yeah, if you get em they are great. I would print it out a head of time since it ends today. I don't know if Newegg takes them off the site or not.

Even without the rebate it's one heck of a deal for an Intel Cherryville. The 240 gb version is like $340 last I looked.

I'm lucky enough to live near enough to their warehouse to the point where I can drive there for local pickup :P
