My system specs are: AMD athlon 64 bit 3800+ cpu, 1gb RAM, and Nvidia 6150 LE. Game lags pretty bad on lowest settings. Obviously i need a new card to run the game well, so i came here to ask for help. Would it be possible to get something that isnt too much more than $100 that would run the game smoothly on medium (or whatever setting looks nice or at least close to the xbox 360 version)? Will I need more memory or will a simple video card upgrade be enough? Thanks in advance for your help!

At low resolutions (1280x1024 and below) you could run oblivion at medium settings pretty well.

that would be good but its over his budget and his computer is pre-built so the powersupply most likely can't handle it
