Hi,

I have been thinking of buying a new laptop, for general use, entertainment and some games. I have been looking at one specific model. My only concern is, the AMD processor. It has 2.20 GHz AMD Turion X2 RM-74 Dual-Core Mobile Processor.

I usually always go for the Intel processors, cause I think they are better quality, and result in longer batterly life for the notebook.

Anyone knows if the AMD processor is as good as the intel one?

Thanks,

S

Should be more than enough for normal everyday use.

if ur not planning on gaming and want a long battery life, check out the new macbook pro's. double the battery life of a PC laptop. their battery life is about as long as a decent EEE Asus netbook, with core 2 preformance (and a general lack of need for antivirus, unless ur scared about shopping online).
