need advice on buying a wireless router!

okay, im going to buy a wireless router for my DSL connection

the router must be able to connect to my dell m1710 laptop as well as a xbox 360

it must have to following:

be able to limit bandwidth between the users (my brother is always downloading stuff on his computer 24/7, so i need to restrict his bandwidth)

be able to foward ports to my xbox and laptop

also, this is for indoor use..

any advice or suggestions on what to buy?

Hmmmm... most routers will easily do port forwarding, but resticting bandwidth I think will be a feature found only on professional devices like Cisco.

this one seems to be pretty popular, ive seen it at my library, school, my couple of my friends' houses, and i have like an older model, its also won 22 months customer choice awards in a row on newegg.com, so i guess this is a good router 8)

Just whatever you do don't get Trendnet products. even if the price is tempting.
