Need final input in deciding audio setup

hi there guys now i need really good advice

i have talked with my retailer

now these are my options given by my local retailer

Sound blaster Xfi Extreme Sound

Speaker D 7900 Creative 7.1

are these any good or should i go with anything else

also the XONAR asus card is for 10.5k(somewhat 200$ +) which i think is a waste

any input would be great

also is there only Z5500 for good sound

isnt there anything which is cheap yet of great quality?
