For all that you need, maybe you should go pick out the independent parts (tower, drive, etc that you listed) and find out how much you have left over for the motherboard+ram+power supply+CPU+video card+hard drive Expect about $70+ for the tower $20-25 for the dvd drive $25 mouse $25 keyboard $150+ for monitor (depending on size/quality that you want) Ram is $50-75ish for 4GB processor anywhere from ~$150 to a lot more (huge range) motherboard $100 for budget board video card would depend on what you want out of it and the resolution of the monitor that you pick out, expect at least $125-150 power supply at least $75

Okay, first thing is to figure out the stuff besides the tower. DVD DriveMonitor Keyboard and mouse.. Well I don't know what to recommend so I will leave that to other people. Once you find the price of your monitor, drive, keyboard, and mouse, subtract those from your budget and look at this guide as a reference. Then just show the list of parts you get out of that and we'll look it over.

Ok thanks.

Will this RAM work with this mother board?

And can anyone help me with the CPU and GPU please?

They are compatible but 2g of RAM might not cut it. I would suggest 4g myself. Up to you though. A good CPU for that would be the AMD Phenom II x4 955.
