Need help finding old pc game!

I've been searching google for this game for ages.

I think you played as a little girl, who has to go into giants bodies ( or maybe she just got shrunk ) and find out whats making them ill.

I remember a level on the tongue, where I think you had to name all the different parts and there was a part in the stomach. Not many people would probably know this as I cant see it being very popular, but if you have the slightest idea please tell me!
