I reckon you can build the same PC but for a fraction of the $2000.

The Dell desktop is superior for gaming.

For that price you would be able to build a computer with double the power if you were willing to get your own parts.

ADD: You should be fine with most of the games listed on at least 1680x1050; 1920x1080 may cause some lag. I'm not sure about Crysis 2. It's "destined" to become the next graphics king, yet it claims to be less demanding than the original Crysis. A single 5870 with Crysis maxed out(third party optimised configs) on 1920x1080 cannot get a constant fps of 30.

Like others have already suggested, you would be better off building a pc by yourself. You could easily save upto $750 for the same specs. However if you intend to max out crysis 2 I suggest u wait till the game is released. That way you would know how many high end cards to buy !

If you do not want to save $$$ then why are you spending only $2,000? http://www.dell.com/us/en/home/desktops/alienware-area-51-alx/pd.aspx?refid=alienware-area-51-alx&s=dhs&cs=19
