I'd like some help deciding on the best liquid cooling case, i've tried putting one together myself...its now going on ebay.

Frozencpu.com carries the cases that have liquid cooling systems already installed, but i cant figure out which is the best one with a budget of about 300-ish

I'd Greatly appreciate Expert advice.   Thx in advance

Most people recommend the Thermaltake Armor LCS case or suggest getting a case and buy the WC-kit seperately.

Some brands like Thermaltake and Nexterm (and other brands) sell cases with the tubing, pump, etc. preinstalled, so you don't have to do it yourself. This usually works fine, but if you want to be in complete control and maybe even save some money, a case + WC-kit is quite as effective.

i dont see why people buy liquid cooling if they are on a budget. chances are your system is far from needing it, its to control massive amounts of heat usually 2 120mm high quality fans and a vented side case will be more then enough.

but if you really need it i suggest looking into thermaltake they have some good cases for about $300 with installed liquid cooling as said above.

People use watercooling most for overclock and for having a quiet computer.

even with overclocking it isnt needed and unless you get quality it can be MUCH louder then fans...

I have the ThermalTake Kandalf LCS, my E6600 is @ 3.2GHZ an idle I get about 32 each core (using TAT) This is with general firewall, windows etc... running in the background, full load I never go over 50 each core. It's REALLY big and weighs a ton though. It's fairly loud, but it's a low moving of air and easily blends into the background.

Ah, I see some confusion, Let me rephrase what i meant to say. I dont want to spend more then $350 on a Liquid cooling case, Its not because i dont have the money, i just cant justify spending much more for water cooling when air is so much more inexpensive and effective

Thermaltake seems to be the more popular, but can a please have detailed reason why as for as spec performance and such, I'd like to be educated on this matter. Thx for the help so far guys.Â
