I reinstalled contol panel did not work. I still need help, anyone?

I don't think it's a good idea to run both programs at once. Uninstall one or the other.

Oh by the way the reson i want to access 3d settings is because i keep getting black artifacts over my screen when playing a game as if my gpu is over heating. This is all worthwhile?hoosin91

I'd be looking at temperature logs and fan settings before touching clocks and voltages.

Thats all ok, i use riva tuner for that
