Video card for amd athlon 64 3500+?

My cpu has 250Watts. im looking for a decent gaming video card that will be sufficient enough for my psu and wont be a bottleneck for my cpu.

Wow...so many things wrong with this... Alright lets assume you have a pci express slot on your motherboard. Get a current gen nvidia or ati (now amd) card. Also if your power supply is seriously 250 watts i am hereby requiring you to get a new- Know what, **** it. It may just be a lost cause for me. Get a prebuilt from dell.

Yep, get a cheap pre-built with a dual core in it, then get a nice new PCI-E card. You will actually save money in the long run cause the cards for that thing will be hard to find and probably expensive over the internet because some sites don't update their prices to fit the time and you end up paying too much for an old card.

Or maybe build it yourself? I don't think you can put any GPU there, with that psu and CPU.

lol... It is quite out dated by some standards. I didn't know PSU could have so little power. I recommend you build yourself a system and start from scratch.

cheap legacy runs with that. my friend the hd 2400pro is singing your tunes. best it will do though is like oblivion and rainbow 6 vegas.
