And from experience you get that error when you run a game with hardwire lighting (such as Doom 3).
Okay I have no experience with Supreme Commander 2 but I'm sure this is the problem. Intel graphics chips unlike dedicated ones like Nvidia or ATI uses a lot of CPU to play the game. And since Supreme Commander 2 is a very CPU heavy game this puts a lot of strain on the CPU which stops the game because it is consuming too much of the computer's memory.
As for solution, you'll have to find a way to turn off the lighting and shading in this game. Because most intergrated graphics chips lack a lot of shaders.
It's the fact that you have an intergrated graphics card that is the problem. If you had a dedicated graphics card such as an ATi or Nvidia, you would not have those errors.
