I know this doesn't have much to do with hardware but I know that there's gotta be at least one person here that can help... plus I dunno where else to post this issue =/
Anyway, my problem is simple: I accidentally moved a folder (more than 100GB worth of data) into a different folder via windows explorer (accidental drag and drop thanks to a stupid new mouse). The thing is, right after I moved it by accident I realized what I'd done, so I went into the second folder. The first folder, the one that i accidentally moved, seems to be there, but its size is 0KB... Also, there was no moving bar of any sort that showed up after I moved it. So I, perhaps stupidly, restarted the computer, hoping that it would somehow solve the problem. It didn't. So right now the folder I'm after is still in the wrong place, still 0KB, but the data is still on the disk when I check the drive's properties (the disk is packed, in fact).
Anyone know any utilities that can help me restore that folder's original location, or at least help me get the data it contains back? =/
Any help is appreciated.
