uploading? You mean you want to use a spray? You dont have to upload it anywhere....
Make sure your image is 256x256 abd in vmt format and place the converted file in:
X:\....\Steam\steamapps\\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos\UI
vmt plugin for photoshop: http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?c=154#p154
Then you should be good to go

What is UI? in the logos file?
Hi,
I had the same problem, here's what you can do:
1. Create the spray file, 64 x 64, 64 x 128, 128 x 128, 128 x 256 or 256 x 256, save it it .tga format (supported by Paint Shop Pro)
2. Download Vtex from here: http://www.bloodsportgaming.com/hl2sprays/files/vtex.rar
3. Extract Vtex.rar and maintain the folder structure.
4. Copy the .tga file to the following folder: vtex\hl2\materialsrc\sprays\
5. Run the bat file tga2vtf.bat.
6. In the folder vtex\hl2\materials\sprays there should be two files, .vmt and .vtf.
7. Copy them to the following folder Steam\steamapps\[Your ID]\team fortress 2\tf[Language]\materials\VGUI\logos.
Now your spray image should be available from the drop-down menu. My logo would not show in the preview, but works fine in the game.
Hope this helps for you.
