Single rails have nothing to do with stability. 99% of the "multi-rail" power supplies on the market are single-rail units with OCP. It's just a marketing gimmick by PC Power & Cooling to scare people into thinking their units are better (and they are excellent, but it has nothing to do with them being single-rail).

For that rig, there's a few things I'd change:

1: Ditch the IDE optical drive. If you need two, get two SATA drives.

2: Already covered, but pick up a different power supply. The Corsair TX650w is a good buy, it has the 8-pin connectors that are becoming more and more necessary on high-end cards, as well as having enough power for your SLI setup.

3: Get a 2x2GB setup instead of four 1GB sticks. It's better for stability, although you won't usually get your timings as tight.

4: That processor is fast becoming outdated. Pick up a Q9300 or Q9450 instead. Or even consider the E8200 as a cheaper dual-core alternative.
