ok so where do i put the file? steam wont update it. please dont tell me how to fix steam thats not what i asked. thanks.

It would tell you in the message box that comes up.

CSS automatically patches so either the server isn't updated or it is a map file that is different.

it might be the server, or it may be your map file.

i don't think there is a way for you to patch the game yourself.

steam updates everything itself. The only thing it could be would be a map file or the server is messed up. The only thing i can think to do is to re install

Try joining again and do a "print screen" when the message pops up and I'll try to help you more.

Ya clearly unreal - use your brain delete the cs files and do a fresh install - use your gourd abit may help ya.
