dlink ip addresses are 192.168.0.1 their bridges or access points are 192.168.0.50. The default gateway you gave is ip v.6.

Are you directly connected to the router? If you are, change your ip address to static and use 192.168.0.100 as your ip address. The subnet mask should be 255.255.255.0. And your routers ip address will be 192.168.0.1. Put that in your address bar in IE or Firefox.

hmm its not working... And what do you mean by directly connected to the router?

But anyways i changed it to those settings and my internet connection does'nt work for some reason so i just changed it back...and even when i tryed to connect to my router with those settings a white screen appeared and said "network connection timeout"

Do you know anyother way for fixing this, well i hope so.

thanks

Physically connected to your router. Should have a ethernet cable going from your pc to the router. What you need to do is take a paper clip and while the router is powered on, hold the reset button on the back for 30 seconds. This will reset it to its factory default settings. After its done resetting, make sure your set to dhcp on the pc and use the 192.168.0.1 ip address. If that doesnt work then you need to contact DLink for assistance because your router may be bricked. Or you may have a faulty ethernet port.
