Don't mess with any settings. Set it to THX mode and you're good. For much more than that - get someone who calibrate your TV. Random settings found on the internet don't apply specifically to your TV.

Those are the reference settings from the AVS forum for the TC-PxxG20/TC-PxxG25. Even if he didn't use the same brun-in (assuming he's had the TV for a while) the settings will still work. Though if he has already passed the burn-in phase to get the best results a calibration would be advisable.
I just got the TV, when does the tv usually start getting a burn in? Also those settings the guy posted were't good, took off the blur reduction and a whole bunch of the good stuff

:? Those are the reference settings for your TV, it all helps you get the best colours, best blacks, etc. Anyways burn in is around the first 100hours, you can read the first section of that thread on how to burn in your TV to get the most out of those settings.
