LCD screens has dropped their prices few months ago - you can get latest LCD screen for computer very cheap nowdays
lets say Samsung/LG (19') 3000/2000:1, 2ms, 1280x1024pxl in 400$ - latest and greatest for PC gaming
oh and if you'll add 60£ more to the 140£ i think there's 1 type - LG L1953TR
LOL...at last some frikkn replies...wondering where everyone got to!!
Thanks for the input. I already havea 32" LCD HDTV which i use for my PC, the res is max at 1368x760 and the games look as clear as day to me. I wanted to get the above mentioned screen mainly for the max res it is capable of. Just to see what the fuss is about of really....REALLY high res's. I cant see it being that diff though.
To answer the question on if my pc can handle the monitors res, well im sure it can with the 8800gts 320mb card and the specs (detailed in my blog) my pc has.
Does anyone think that i would get annoyed at the fact that i would be going from a 32" to a 20"? I suppose i would get used to it :? ..........i hope.
Is that the the lowest price?
You should check www.newegg.com or some other online retailer for cheaper prices just to be safe.

Considering hes using a price in Euros and newegg only ships within the US I don't think thats an option.
