Thats an OK monitor, but i would suggest looking for some higher than average resolution, 2ms refresh, and a good contrast ratio. (my idea of higher than avg res is higher than 1920 by 1080 like every single monitor is nowadays....) ill add a link to one i think is good
Lol, Samsung TOC are the best around, can't go wrong. This is smaller, but 1080p http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001308. for the .5 inch I say get the better resolution.
At your price range nearly every monitor offers roughly the same set of features and the same quality. I'd pick one based on some relatively petty criteria like having HDMI, PiP, multiple inputs, USB, speakers, etc.
