Hello peoples my friend sold me his computer for 500$

Is it worth that much.

Intel Cor2Quad Q6600 at 2.4GHz (1.58GHz?)

3.0GB RAM

ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT

what else? if only that maybe just $300-$350 plus the motherboard of course...
