Need some help!! arggg

I have a x1400 mobility ati card and there are no new drivers for it :[

I want to learn how to install new drivers (such as the omegas).

I'm clueless on how to get rid of my ATI drivers and put in new ones.

Can someone help me? Maybe link me to a good tutorial site?

By the way I have a Dell Inspiron E1505 with a core 2 duo and a X1400 ATI mobility video card.

There are no drivers on the ATI site for it.

I know this is a PC game forum, but there is no other software forum to put this is.

what does that have to do with pc games?
