Ok i have a dell computer that doesn't want to work anymore. I turn it on boots up gives me 2 beep error codes then i press f1 to resume, XP logo shows up the it gives me a BSoD. So if I take out my old Hard Drive and put in a new one will my computer work again. Also how would I install xp again or does the hard drive come with something that installs a windows software. If not can I use my operating system disk to install windows?

You need to install the motherboard drivers that came with your PC. That governs the Ethernet, USB, Chipset and Audio drivers (possibly onboard video too).

Well you'd remember installing your motherboard drivers. I think this is the most logical explanation for you not having audio or detection of your Ethernet adaptor...
