Need suggestions on new shooter

So i dont know what to buy. Should i buy CoD WaW, Shadowrun ( had great time with it on xbox , or possibly mass effect2. Im not really big into RPG's but i found the demo fun. Really in the mood for WW2 shooters but not sure WaW is populated and shadowrun brought me some good times. But mass effect 2 was fun during the demo.

bfbc2 is a great game has a few jungle MP and sp levels worth your time..

ww2 shooters have been SO overdone :P

If you are going to get a WWII shooter, get Day of Defeat Source on Steam for $10. Totally worth it, and tons of people online.

I wouldn't recommend CoD WaW, MP is more or less dead, the single player campaign is extremely short like all the new CoD games. If you're getting Mass Effect 2 be sure to play Mass Effect first, otherwise you'll miss out on a lot (It doesn't cost alot should be somewhere around 10$ or below)

Sadly, there's not really any proper WWII shooters around anymore, I miss one too.

I would recommend Mass Effect 2, or the first one. It's not that the other games are not good, but chances are you'll play them for the multiplayer, and COD games are frustrating as hell when it comes to the community and security, hackers and all that.
Just saying you'll have more fun with Mass Effect, since there won't be any other people to piss you off :P

I'm enjoying Borderlands. I'm from the shooter school, but have really enjoyed this hybrid game. Consider it. 8)nightharvest

Borderlands is awsome and even after you beat it theres four dlcs ( ive only played zombie island and secret armory.

CoD Waw is a very good game but most maps acome in a map pack that isnt that cheap so day of defeat source would probly be a better idea,

If you dont have it Team fortress 2.
