know I want a new Mobo (not even sure the one I have in this one right now). Here is the Mobo I want to buy http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131013

The processor I want http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103774. They say it can be OC pretty nicely.

Here the ram I want http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211066. Didn't read much about it but the reviews were postive and it seems cheap.

Are all those pretty good? I also need a new PSU so, I need a suggestion for that. Any other suggestion would be nice also!

What parts do you have right now? This thing is turning into a whole new machine, not just an upgrade. With a new motherboard you'll need a new copy of Windows, and that pretty much eats a third of your budget right off the bat.

I wouldn't get an nForce 570 chipset board right now anyway - better to get an AMD 770 or 790X chipset instead for PCI-e 2.0 and full Phenom support so you can make a proper upgrade later.

Eh, didn't know about the windows thing. I wasn't going to make any purchases untill I learn more so I guess I could save up $100 in that amount of time lol. The things I'm not upgrading right now is my 160gb 7200RPM ultra DMA hard drive and my Radeon X800 series

One, if you don't plan on getting 2 NVIDIA cards and putting them in SLI, then don't get a motherboard that supports SLI (they're more expensive) Also, you should get a core 2 duo, they overclock waay better and are faster.

No, I don't plan on that. So, what's another mobo that might work better?

On your budget, I'd stick with AMD. There's an ECS 770 board for around $70-$80 if you don't mind a budget board that probably won't overclock too well, but if you do want to overclock, I'd recommend trying to find the Gigabyte GA-MA770-DS3 board for a bit more. It'll still be cheaper than that nForce board by around $25, and will be much better in the long run.

And it's worth asking, is that X800 card PCI-e, or AGP? And you never did answer my question about what your current system is. You might be able to just upgrade a few components than pretty much start looking at a whole new rig.

Specs: AMD Anthlon 3300+ 64 processor *2.4GHz*, 2 x 512mb DDR SDRAM, Radeon X800 series. I couldn't find what mobo or PSU I have :(. This PC was prebuilt, it's a hp pavilion a810n.

DDR - so that means you've either got a socket 939, or socket 754 system. If you've got 939, I'd probably try to get a dual-core chip and hang onto it for a bit longer - if it's 754, I'd go ahead and upgrade it now.
