Witcher 2 for me, I have little faith in TW 2 after the first one, I didn't like anything I saw on Bulletstorm, Sniper: GW is horrible, Afterfall "looks" horrible, Nail'd is interesting but it will hardly be a success just as PURE.DanielDust
tbh i actually think bullet storm will fail, tw2 might save itself but im not holding my breath, sniper is actually alright. for 20 bucks i wasnt expecting miracles and considering what you pay for it, its hardly as bleak as people sell it as. nail'd sorry cant say im impressed. odds are it will be avergae, run of the mill. afterfall.. ehhh could be good, could be bad and witcher 2 seems to be very promising.
i personnaly am waiting on singularity. alrdy got my preorder looks to be a fun experience.

Out of those I think The Witcher 2 stands out the most as the most sucessful one. Afterall that team allready proved itself with the witcher, I fear a bit due to the supposed length of it.
Two Worlds Is sort of an odd one for me... in alot of ways it reminded me of the old might and magic games (not perspective, but the kind of world), while I did not consider it a good game, I found it enjoyable enough not to regret buying it... has the worst voice acting Ive heard in a long long while.
Bulletstorm I am on the fence about, I fear the combat will end up being a one trick pony you would get tired of fast, the team behind it, does have a good track record tho, so it might surprise me a great deal, as of now my impression with it is more in the area of "a good backup game, if everything else fails" So I think it will be a overall good game, but end up somewhat repetitive.
Sniper GW is one of those games I would likely just pass, I do think it looks ok, but at this point in time the "gritty war games" has been too numerous, and thevisuals alone makes me want to skip it, it DOES look like a decent title tho and I do like how it takes alot of mathematics into shooting, and I am sure alot of people will like it, just not sure I will.
Nailed I am not so sure of, It is a genre of games I have no love for at all, so I am not able to judge it fairly.
AfterFall is a somewhat interresting thing to watch, It might be a godo game, or it might flunk badly, I like how it seems to have some thought put into it instead of the straight up "me too" games comming out in droves, I do fear the notion of it ending like something too much like Metro 2033, It is a game I would put some faith in.
So in short: The games that look fairly unique, made by devs I know are able to make a good game, and seem like deeper, more thought provoking games, edge up by default.
Of these The Witcher 2 seems most likely to be the best, and by a large margin too. Followups for me would be afterfall and Bulletstorm. With Sniper and nailed being games that might very well be good, but doesappeal to me at all, and 2 worlds that I think will likely be fun but almost like you would see a B movie.
So chance of success from the witcher and down, with The witcher 2 beingnear 100% to Two Worlds 2 Which I think will be less then 20%
I'm currently on the chapter 3 or The Witcher EE and I already know I'm going to get the sequel and it's going to rock...
Singularity will do what? :P No one game is able to revitalize a genre and I personally doubt that "BS" will do something to FPSs and the FPS genre was always dry difference is, nowadays if you've played one game be sure that the other 4 will be similar in gameplay but with a different setting, they didn't really bother in the past but nowadays it's like they don't even care "sure guys just look at the other popular games, copy everything they do fun, throw in new maps, invent a different name and put it out there" and everyone is doing it, not just one or two companies.I know The Witcher 2 will succeed at least as much as The Witcher, but the more important thing is that Bulletstorm, if done right could really revitalise the FPS genre, which tbh, besides games like Bioshock, is getting dry.

Actually i do think bulletstorm can spin the fps genre from reallistic shooters to more oldschool sci fi fps.dakan45How exactly?

uh...bring back crazy action like unreal tournament, concentrate more on fun than being some type of military training tool or quest where one dude takes out an entire army while still basing the game on 'realism' (unless you can whoopass solo, then it isn't too realistic)
I mean i love the 'realism' in the shooters and I hope it improves, but why not throw in some crazy as long as its done right...

The Witcher was a fantastic, dark RPG -- I can't wait for the second one. :)
