Neverwinter Nights 2 - Can't talk to Moire?

According to my journal, I am suppose to go and talk to Moire. This is the first time I have talked to her, and for some reason she won't talk to me, no dialog appears at all. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Tried that, still nothing. I tried to post on the nwn2 website but the forums have been closed. Anyone else help me?

Was it the bioware social forums you checked or the old site? Cause the bioware social one is still opened.
