Hi guys, i've decided to sell my old rig because well its getting a bit old now and was starting to show its age. Anyhow this time around I want to build myself a machine capable of running all the newer games maxed on my 1920x1080 resolution monitor. My budget is around £600-700 :)

That looks ideal actually thanks a lot for taking the time to find me them parts. The only thing I might change would be the cpu cooler as its a bit pricey and maybe get a bit of a beefier gpu but other than that I really like them parts definitely gonna consider that build!

best fan CPU cooler on the market; I've recommended it because I chose overclocked CPU; a stronger GPU I'd recommend next thing after my recommendation is the GTX 780 but that will double the price with another 200£

Trust me If I could save you some money and get this one I would but No can do with that budget =)

I was about to say the same, if he wishes a stronger GPU, apart from getting another 280X, the price will go up a lot.

An overclocked 280X is better than OC 770. If you want a meaty GPU get the Sapphire TOXIC edition - it'll max out the GPU

Thats looking good but I think the psu is a little low in terms of wattage..If i wanted to upgrade my card later down the line for instance would 500w really hack it? I know its a quality brand though..

Yes 500 is way high than you'll ever need, I usually recommend 430-500 for single,GPU and 600-750 for dual GPUs in SLI or Cross

You can install later on the years GTX 780ti and it'll be fine.

The 600w isn't much more, so you may as well get it

Honestly I don't understand why you think that you can get away with that little of a psu you do realize that psu's over time produce less wattage not to mention you have to take into consideration more than just a processor and gpu. fans, optical drives, harddrives, and even usb devices draw power. If I was planning a future crossfire I would go with no less than 850W.

I could SLI 3x 780ti with 850W PSU; a 1100 is needed for 4.
