Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler

Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz

CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3

i want to know if these parts i'm about to buy either suck or are wayyy overpriced with reccomendation for what i should replace it with.

The parts i already have in my comp are:

Gigabyte p35 ds3l mobo
Intel Q6600
EVGA 570 gtx
4gb ram

So what do you guys think, good replacements or is there anything you see that looks like a bottleneck?
Thanks in advance!

D14 is a much better cooler, if you want better suggestion for price to cooling ratio would be the CM 612 cooler http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103106

I don't know what makes that Z77 motherboard so special that it has to cost over 200 dollars.

Drop to 8gb (2x4gb) of ram. You can always add more later if you need it. Also, are you planning to overclock your CPU much? if not that cooler is a waste of money. The $30 212+ would work perfectly.

The Noctua on low speed cools about as well as the CM, but it's 20db quieter. That might be worth a few bucks. On high speed, it's top-notch. If you don't have any pressing needs in a cooler, I say get the one you think looks the best through the case window or the one you feel best about. They all do the job OK unless you're making a hobby of insane overclocks. Bang-for-buck winner is the CM, though.

$80 on a CPU cooler seems crazy to me unless you're going to do some big overclocking and even then it's iffy. The 212+ works great for my overclock.
