New CPU Cooling rival to VenomousX (maybe), what do you think?

It say it priced at $50 USD... The design looks potential (6 heatpipes), the fan is big (14cm), no tall RAM issue, and perform very well at push-pull configuration (must purchase the second fan though)...

It called Deepcool Ice Matrix 600, so guys what do you think about this cooler???

to rival the veno x no only coolers i ahve seen to rival it are the NH-D14/Megahalems, but for a 50 dollar cooler id say its going to be a pretty good one for overclocking at a 50 dollar price range.
