Good overall but I'd recommend reshuffling some prices to the more important components.

Particularly, your Motherboard. It doesn't supper SLI - might want to reconsider Mobo or get the HD6950. The HAF 912 isn't very good. I'd recommend either the big brother HAFs

See if you fancy this:

Case: CoolerMaster HAF 922 ($99.99)
Motherboard: ASRock P67 Extreme4 GEN3 ($159.99)
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500k ($219.99)
RAM: Mushkin 2x2 (4GB) DDR3 ($26.99)
GPU: MSI GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II ($244.99)
HDD: Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB ($59.99)
PSU: Rosewill Green Series 630W ($59.99)
Optical Disc: LITE-ON 24x DVD-RW ($18.99)
---------------------------------------------------
$890.92

Better Mobo, case and HDD
Cheaper RAM and PSU. If you can't afford the extra 20, you can always drop down to the previous case and HDD for $831.

*for some reason GS doesn't want me to link

I wanna say you can go with this mobo for cheaper and allows for SLI still and this videocard as it's clocked higher than the frozr (if you don't wanna OC yourself :P)

MSI has good motherboard from what I've been hearing. They may not be top tiered like Gigabyte or ASUS but they are still of great quality. Plus they offer fully featured boards and roughly 20 bucks lower than their ASUS counterparts. You get more for what you pay for.

You could do with more HDD space I think but you can always buy one later on.

But I would seriously consider the HAF 922 and save money by getting an MSI board, there is absolutely nothing lower quality about MSI.
